Exam Mode:

NEET 2026 will be conducted in offline mode (pen-and-paper OMR based).

Type of Questions:

The question paper will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Each question will have 4 options with only one correct answer.

Medium / Language Options:

The NEET 2026 question paper will be available in 13 languages:

Total Number of Questions:

There will be 180 compulsory questions in the paper.

Marking Scheme:

• +4 marks for every correct answer
• –1 mark for every incorrect answer
• 0 marks for any unanswered question
• Only one option must be marked. Multiple marking = wrong answer
